I spent my career as an executive with Visa Inc, supporting Visa’s largest financial institution clients with a team spread across the US. To help them run their businesses more successfully I built a consultative discipline that analyzed back office and business operations and recommended and oversaw improvement plans that returned more than $700 million in value to Visa’s largest clients, including Bank of America, Chase, Wells Fargo, and US Bank, among others. I also led company-wide initiatives for Visa in Brand Marketing, Human Resources, and IT, including a global CRM deployment. As well, I led national and global client service teams for startup fintech firms in southern California and Silicon Valley. I have a Bachelor of Arts from Yale University and a Masters in Business Administration from the University of San Francisco.
