Tourism and hospitality are vital to our area economy and visitors are again traveling in great numbers to enjoy Santa Fe and Northern New Mexico. One of the emerging business opportunities is for tour guides and tour operators to help visitors enjoy our unique culture and natural beauty. SCORE Santa Fe is proud to present Tom Gallegos, an experienced tour guide, who will share insights on the legal, financial, and practical aspects of creating a successful tour guide business.

 

Meet the Presenter: Tom Gallegos, NM Tour Guide

Tom started his tour guide business 8 years ago and he has conducted over 1,200 tour outings in Santa Fe and Northern New Mexico. He offers Sense of Place walking tours, guided hikes, step-on guided tours, and special outings with a variety of tour partners. Tom is a member of Santa Fe Professional Tour Guides and NM Safe Certified for COVID Safe Practices.
