The importance of hospitality is a given in a state where tourism is a top revenue driver and particularly in a state with so many small businesses. COVID-19 has impacted the number of visitors into the state and as such the hospitality industry is especially hard-hit. We’ll hear from small business leaders in the hospitality and tourism industry on what they're doing to pivot to new ways of approaching their business and servicing their clientele.
