Dan Sundt is the President and Chief Experience Officer of CXO Marketing, a Michigan based experience design firm. He helps his clients transform their offerings and increase their business performance. Clients include major automotive accounts and he enjoys a reputation as the most influential experience design expert over the past 15 years. He is certified to present the teachings of the book "Experience Economy" by the authors.
"Introduction to Fundraising Basics"
Presenter: Alex Shapiro
The seminar provided an overview of fundraising fundamentals to give participants an insight into which fundraising techniques should be part of their overall strategy. Designed for small non-profits, the seminar covered grant writing, special events and major giving. It explored the advantages and disadvantages of these techniques to help attendees begin choosing the methods best suited for their individual needs.
Alex Shapiro is currently the Director of Institutional Advancement for the Institute of American Arts. His non-profit management leadership for more than 30 years includes Director of Development and Marketing at Las Cumbres Community Services, Executive Director of Santa Fe Pro Musica and Development Director of the AIDS Foundation of Chicago.
